Cyclebration at Lunken Saturday May 30th

Bike Month in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky continues this week with Cyclebration at Lunken Airport Playfield, sponsored by the Cincinnati Cycle Club.

Saturday, May 30th
11 AM to 1 PM Picnic and main events at Lunken Airport Playfield including:

TANK bus bike rack demonstration
SEGWAY Demonstrations and rides
Children's Hospital bike helmet fitting
City of Cincinnati's new SHARROWS program and NEW SHARE THE ROAD signs
A bicycle rodeo safety course
Representatives from a number of the area's charity rides.

Four rides starting all across the region and converging on Lunken at 11 a.m. will begin at various times Saturday morning. To find out which ride will be starting nearest to you please see

At noon, the Cincinnati Cycle Club's Ault Park Posse will be leading a 40 mile ride from Lunken led for anyone that wishes to go.

Bike Depot at Findlay Market also continues from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday, May 3oth, with a free workshop on Bicycle Commuting given by Sarai Snyder of Reser Bicycle Outfitters at 10 am.

I thought this was CYCLEbration...why the motorized vehicles (segways)?
