Chain Yourself to a Work of Art

Artworks has dedicated the first of fifteen "Queen City Art Racks" that it hopes to install around town between now and July 2011.

The first rack, called "Tours de Cincy", has been installed at the Coffee Emporium on Central Parkway. It was designed by local artists Pam Kravetz, Carla Lamb and Karen Saunders.
